Open Call to WA Educators: We want to showcase your school!

Are you a K-12 public school teacher, academic coach, administrator, or counselor in Washington? Are you interested in letting us showcase your school or classroom? Ready Washington is looking to leverage our digital platforms to boost awareness about the great work happening in schools throughout the state. We have two primary initiatives that elevate teacher voice: Classroom Snapshots and #InstaClassroom.

Classroom Snapshots We’d love to come to your school and spend a few hours observing classroom activities and asking you a few questions. Then we highlight what we learned in a blog post. Don’t worry — we’ll share a draft version with you before it goes live. See past Classroom Snapshots here.

#InstaClassroom: Are you comfortable using Instagram and interested in highlighting a day in the life of your classroom? We’re looking for K-12 teachers to “take over” our Instagram account for a day, using stories and posts to illustrate how you’re preparing your students for successful futures.
